The Cork County Council  2019 Anti-Litter Challenge begins next week with the first of the three Judging Dates running from 13th May to 22nd May. The Second will be from 27th May to 5th June and the final one runs from 10th June to 19th June. 
Ballincollig did not perform well in this competition last year and this was mainly down to businesses not cleaning up outside their premises. This was very disappointing for our Volunteers given the endless hours they put in each day. 
We are appealing to every business, to make an effort to sweep up outside their premises and in doing so our performance will hopefully improve.
