What a terrible pity that this is the sight greeting us at the Recycling Bins in Ballincollig. How can Ballincollig Tidy Towns work so hard to keep the town looking its best and when the people’s support is needed the most we feel so let down. This really is a disgrace.

IF THE BINS ARE FULL KINDLY DO NOT LEAVE THE ITEMS FOR RECYCLING ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF THEM.
IT DEFINITELY IS TIME TO HAVE THE CCTV CAMERAS RE-INSTALLED
