Inniscarra View is a housing estate on the eastside of Ballincollig.

Inniscarra View was built by McInerney Homes in the Poulavone townland in the early 1970’s. The estate is subdivided into Whitethorn Avenue, Whitethorn Drive, Whitethorn Grove, Hawthorn Avenue, Woodbine Lawn, Sweetbriar Lane and Sweetbriar Grove.

There are 3 road entrances into Inniscarra View, one onto the R608 the main road through Ballincollig, the other onto Carriganarra Road (known as the Back Road) and another into Rosewood Estate. Inniscarra View can also be accessed by footpath from Greystones.

There are 162 houses in Inniscarra View. There are 40 houses in Whitethorn Drive, 35 houses in Whitethorn Avenue, 34 houses in Sweetbriar Lane, 25 houses in Hawthorn Avenue, 20 houses in Woodbine Lawn, 4 houses in Whiethorn Grove and 4 houses in Sweetbriar Grove.
