On Saturday Ballincollig Tidy Towns welcomed fifteen members of Ennis Tidy Towns to Ballincollig as part of their Volunteers Day Out.
The group had an early start and visited Cobh first to meet our friends in Cobh Tidy Towns.
In the afternoon,they were greeted by our Volunteers at The Oriel House Hotel where we all enjoyed refreshments before going on a walkabout.
We all walked to the Town Centre taking in the Vintage Show along the way. Then we continued on to Barrack Square. . From there we walked to the Allotment and onto the Regional Park.
The feedback from our visitors was extremely positive. It was great to share ideas and hopes for the future. .
