Tuesday night was the final Work Night for 2019. The Volunteers have carried out these Work Nights each Tuesday and Thursday since the end of March. A tremendous amount of work was done each of these nights.
With every project undertaken, there was always a great sense of camaraderie and achievement. We would not have completed the work we did without this incredible group of Volunteers who came out Tuesdays and Thursdays. Their dedication and pride in their community was palpable. They have given freely of their time volunteering to make the community a better place.
Although the official Work Nights have ended for this year, there will be several other projects going ahead over the autumn and winter months.
A huge thanks goes out to all the Volunteers.
