The Work Nights started back tonight. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm and for one hour we work on selected projects around the town.
Tonight we started work cleaning around the traffic islands. Two teams of four tackled the East Gate and continued on to clean the traffic islands at Fr. Sexton Park and the Old ESB Offices.
Each week we will have various projects to get through throughout Ballincollig. We also have some of our Volunteers who spend the evenings watering the flowers throughout the town. From now until September twice a week from 7pm you will see yellow vests around the streets. We are always looking for more Volunteers to join us. So if you have an hour or so to spare on a Tuesday and/or Thursday from 7pm, we would appreciate your help.
